This operation began 2012 with just a laptop and a sketchpad. Victor is owner and creative director of VLH Design, a design and illustration studio with a history of work with a variety of companies, groups, startups, celebrities & personalizes around the U.S. ranging from branding, illustration, 3D, animation, & traditional arts.
